General terms of sale

1. Seller

Sales on chiquititos.es are made by Enrique Adiego Cortés (Tax ID 72990366G), with address at Calle José Martí 4, 1º 1ª, 50012, Zaragoza and email info@chiquititos.es.

2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made by consumers through this website. You must be of legal age to buy. The contract may be concluded in Spanish or in English.

3. Products and prices

  • Each item shows its main characteristics: sizes, measurements, composition, care and safety information.
  • Prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
  • Photographs aim to faithfully reflect each garment, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. How to buy

  1. Choose the items and size and add them to your basket.
  2. Enter your details and delivery address. You can check out as a guest or with your account.
  3. Review the summary (items, price, shipping and total) and accept these terms.
  4. Click "Order with obligation to pay" and pay.
  5. We will send you a confirmation email with the order details and these terms.

5. Payment

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum or PayPal through Stripe's secure payment gateway. The order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries you can request a no-obligation quote. Delivery times and costs are on the shipping and returns page.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

  • How: write to info@chiquititos.es or use the form at the end of this page.
  • Refund: we will refund the amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (standard delivery), within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the garments, or until you prove you have sent them, before refunding.
  • Return costs: the cost of sending the items back is paid by you, unless the garment is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
  • Condition of the garments: they must be returned in good condition. You are responsible for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the garment.
  • Exception: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.

8. Guarantee

Products have a 3-year legal guarantee from delivery against any lack of conformity. If a garment arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, write to info@chiquititos.es: we will repair or replace it or refund it, and we will pay the shipping costs.

9. Customer service and complaints

You can contact us at info@chiquititos.es. Official complaint forms of the Autonomous Community of Aragon are available on request by email. You can also contact the consumer services of the Government of Aragon or the Consumer Arbitration Board.

10. Applicable law

This contract is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
