Where we ship

The exact shipping cost and, if applicable, the amount above which shipping is free are always shown before you pay.
Delivery times
We prepare orders within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination. We will email you the tracking number.
Exchanges and returns
- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it.
- Write to info@chiquititos.es with your order number and the garments you want to return.
- Who pays for the return shipping: you do, unless the garment is faulty or we sent you the wrong item. In that case we cover all costs.
- We refund the garments and the initial standard shipping within 14 days, using the same payment method.
- Garments must be returned in good condition, unused and, if possible, with their labels.
To change size, return the item and place a new order in the size you need: that way you make sure it doesn't sell out.
